We lead a recognizedly excellent kitchen and prepare the foods from fresh products of the region for you. With pleasure we spoil you with specialties of the Grisons as for example Capuns sursilvans, Pizokels, pig fillet "Alte Post" with Veltlinerpizoccheri or a Hubertussalat.

Our kitchen spoils you with seasonal courts as the asparagus time, in the summer with various mushroom courts or the fall, the crowning hunt time with delicious meat fresh from the "Bündner" hunt of the tender roe deer to the stag, as well as chamois.

We are a member of the Schweizerischen Gilde etablierter Köche.

Our 3 halls are suitable for banquets, weddings, family celebrations,
anniversaries, conferences and meetings.
